PRIVATE WALKING TOURS

TREAT YOURSELF to an unforgettable, one-of-a-kind, exceptionally photo-friendly experience exploring Philadelphia's "other" historical cultural gem -- the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
Private Parkway Tours is the only regularly scheduled Benjamin Franklin Parkway walking tour. We are also the only tour company in Philadelphia specializing in private tours only.
Why are Private Parkway Tours the only regularly-scheduled Parkway walking tours?
While we can't speak for the many companies who offer a variety of quality tour experiences throughout the city, it is true the Parkway presents a somewhat awkward and logistically challenging walking route, especially for the first-time navigator.
However, through much "sole searching" and countless planning hours, Private Parkway Tours has created a smooth, safe, relaxing, and just plain fun way to go "From Love to Rocky" while covering the many noteworthy sites in-between.
Our tours are limited to six participants as experience has shown that more than six noticably reduces the group's overall comfort.
Speaking of comfort, we are one of the very few tours offering multiple options for sitting, snacking, souvenir hunting AND bathroom breaks.
Another uncommon tour perk includes your tour guide doubling as your group's personal photographer. No worries about handing your camera over to a stranger (if there are any around) or struggling to get the entire group in a selfie. Your guide can also create a video you running up the Rocky Steps!
Photos and the video are posted withing 24 hours on a private website page accessible only to your group.

You also have access to a private website page exclusive to our tour guests. It's great for looking back on the experience or planning a future trip to one or more Parkway sites.

Our motto is THIS IS YOUR TOUR. It can be tailored any number of ways to suit your specific interests including the total time length which can be anywhere from 2 to 3 hours.

Please note, the tour does not enter any museum galleries.
