Can our group have more four persons? Unfortuntely no. Past tours had proven that even one more than four significantly diminishes the experience.

Is there an age restriction? Yes. Although the tour is designed to be an entertaining, relaxed and "PG-rated" experience, it is most appropriate for adults. Please email if you are interested in attending with someone younger than 18.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible? Yes. Please email in advance so we can confirm details.

Do we need to book in advance? Yes. Tours are by appointment only, and spots fill quickly—especially on weekends.

What transportation options are available from the end of the tour? Motorized transportation return from the Rodin Museum is not included. However, you may follow your guide back to Love Park--a 10 to 15 minute return on foot. This return to the starting point is free and does not count toward the tour's 2 to 3 hour duration. Pay options are Uber, Lyft or taxi.

What should we bring? Comfortable walking shoes, a water bottle, and weather-appropriate clothing. You may also want cash/card for snacks, souvenirs and transportation. White umbrellas are provided for protection from rain and sun.

What languages do you speak? Guests should have a solid working knowledge of spoken English in order to enjoy the tour.

Will our guide take photos of our group? Absolutely! In fact taking photos for our guests is a big part of Private Parkway Tours' unique value.

What is your "100% Satisfaction Guarantee"? If you are not 100% satisfied with your experience, contact us by email and the full price of your tour will be refunded, no questions asked. Of course we are always interested in improving the tour, and so appreciate and encourage all constructive feedback and internet reviews.

What is your cancellation policy? The tour may be canceled at any time due to inclement weather or any situation that I believe will impact your experience to the point you are likely to wish you did not book the tour. In such an event, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 24 hours prior to your tour's start time, you will receive a 100% refund. Also, if you are not 100% satisfied that your experience was equal in value to the amount you paid, you will receive a full refund. No questions asked.

Do we go inside any museum galleries? No. This an outdoor walking tour. We explore Parkway’s landmarks and museums from the outside and share their stories. Multiple visuals will be presented. We may enter some sites depending on availability on that day as well as your time and interest preferences.
